This Monterrey-based five piece have changed gears a bit since their 2006 debut, WOF. That album was a more rocking indie-pop record while the new one, Quiero Club, dives straight into the electro-pop club scene. The results sound glorious on this track, “The Flow” - which channels both New Order and Prince. If you like the track, check out the album. For more info, visit Quiero Club’s MySpace Latino page.

Jadiel brings a mixture of boy-band sweetness and pop intimacy to reggaeton on his debut album, La Mejor de Mi. While much of the album contains big beats and thick rhymes, tracks like “Pretty Girl” stand out the most. There is a synth-heavy, freestyle vibe to the track which makes Jadiel sound like the perfect mixture of tough guy and sweetheart. If you like the track, check out the album. The son of Latin jazz legend Willie Bobo, Eric Bobo has spent time performing with Cypress Hill and the Beastie Boys. His solo album features collaborations from Cypress Hill, Tony Touch, and Delinquent Habits’ very own Kemo the Blaxican. This particular, bass-heavy jam features help from Outthere, Minus P, and Unkwon but works just fine on with it’s dark and dirty rhythm - mixing up a propulsive funk bass line and bare-bones percussion. If you like the track, check out the album. For more info, visit Eric Bobo’s MySpace Latino page.

Here’s a holiday favorite from a man who’s sung his share of standards throughout the years. Tony Bennett comes out swinging with the big band sounds of the Count Basie Orchestra on this new recording from his latest album. Bennett sails through the vocals, conjuring up those classic images of snow-covered meadows and the elusive Parson Brown while the band cruises through the melody in an elegant stride. If you like the track, check out the album.
